SYSTEMIC COACHING
What pattern are you repeating? Would you like to set down the pattern, and choose possibility? Systemic Coaching or Constellation Coaching is an interactive mapping process that uses live, or inanimate representatives to show you the spatial, and directional information of the hidden patterns that exist in your family, organization, or other systems. This creates a zoom out lens of whatever place you are stuck and allows you see and shift these hidden patterns. Thus, allowing you to break free of limiting cycles, and create new possibilities, pathways, and choices for you, your family, your organization, and more.
You know that you inherit your physical characteristics from your family. What is less known is that you also inherit your family patterns, organizational patterns, and more. Are you aware that your limitations may be linked to hidden patterns in your family, organization, or other systems? Would you be willing to choose to be aware, know, and acknowledge the possibility of a greater you? Using a zoom out lens of representatives, or objects, you can view hidden patterns that keep you stuck, and explore the origins, and effects of these unconscious loyalties.
By seeing the hidden, and deeply unconscious loyalties you carry for whom or what you carry them, you can examine the current, and potential effects, and gain new insights. Once you are aware of these limitations, patterns, or unconscious loyalties, you have an opportunity to free current, and successive generations, and choose to create stronger, happier pathways to move forward in a new way.
The Systemic Coaching or Constellation Coaching approach bypasses your judgments, conclusions, opinions, and current choices to show and offer you a clearer view to see 'what is’. You then have an opportunity to move towards ‘what’s possible’.
